The hotel, situated near the Zero Bridge, is in a great location for exploring the city and its attractions. With parks and shopping areas within easy reach, guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to everything. the rooms are basic but clean, equipped with necessary amenities such as a television and telephone. the restaurant offers buffet meals that are served hot and clean, providing a satisfying dining experience.
The staff's lack of manners and courtesy is a major drawback of this hotel. This was evident in their unhelpful attitude and the shouting at staff members at the front desk.

Loved the comfortable and clean rooms with ample storage space. The staff was attentive and provided timely service. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to major shopping and recreational areas. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
The availability of hot water in the bathroom was limited and the shower occasionally sent out cold water. the staff could benefit from better training in friendly and courteous customer service.

The hotel's location was convenient and accessible, being close to major city attractions and important places. the hotel provided excellent service and professional staff, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms were clean, well, equipped and well, maintained and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The hotel appeared a bit outdated and in need of renovation. the bathrooms felt old, fashioned, and the furniture in the rooms was showing signs of wear and tear.
